Incentive Alignment

We believe the traditional level-person-time billing basis provides, at the very least, the potential for consultants to pad their pockets at the expense of their clients, fund lavish offices, benefits, and compensation. We do not believe the rates charged by large, established consulting firms map to their value-added.
As a small, remote-based firm with no overhead, we are able to provide clients with far lower rates, and far better value, than larger firms.
Our consulting fees are provided and negotiated on a case-by-case basis depending on the client’s needs, goals, objectives, timeline, and nature of the engagement itself.
